Kuala Terengganu will be transformed into a new waterfront heritage city. It will be restructured to represent a more proper and well planned city complete with souvenir shops, tourist information centre, central market, food courts and handicraft centres. The waterfront in Jalan Hiliran and Dataran Shahbandar are spacious, clean and suitable for weekend family outings. The cruise takes visitors to the famous traditional boat making in Pulau Duyung, Kampung Seberang Takir, Crystal Mosque and the State Museum.
