Ingredients:
fern leaves
3 big tablespoon cockle flesh
4 shallot sliced
1 big tablespoon dried prawns
1/2 sliced ginger
2 sliced lemon grass
1 sliced turmeric leaf
1 big tablespoon 'kerisik'
1/2 cup coconut milk
extracted juice from 2 lime
2 red chilli
shrimp paste (belacan)
Method:
1. toss the blenced cockle n fern
2. mix together all the ingredients
3. Server accoding to your taste.
Option:
Delicious when served cold.
Additional:
If you like it spicy, add some chillies. |
